How many cards do I need?
One business with one counter: 5 cards is plenty, with a couple spare in case one goes missing. Several counters, tables or locations: 10 to 20. If you resell to other businesses, it starts to make sense from 50.
How do I write my link to a card?
With the free NFC Tools app. Paste in the review link and hold your phone against the card. About two minutes, and a guide comes with every order.
Can I change the link later?
Yes. The cards are never locked, so you can change the link as often as you like and reuse the card.
Does it work with my phone?
With every iPhone from the XR onwards and with virtually every modern Android phone. Your customer does not need to install anything to tap.
How does the card stay in place?
There is a 3M adhesive strip on the back. Clean the surface and press for about ten seconds. Works on a counter, a table and on glass.
What does shipping cost?
Free from €250 across the EU, and from €99.95 in the Netherlands. Below that it starts at €12.15 and varies by country. You see the exact amount at checkout. On working days your order leaves within 24 hours.
Can I return my order?
Within 30 days, as long as the cards are unused and the film and adhesive strip are still on them. Please contact us first.
