Processing time
We dispatch orders within 24 hours on working days after payment is received.

Shipping rates and free shipping
Shipping is calculated by the weight of your order and shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping is free on orders over 100 euro within the Netherlands and over 250 euro anywhere in Europe.

Delivery times
Netherlands: 1 to 3 working days. Rest of Europe: up to one week. Outside Europe: depends on destination and customs clearance.

Carrier and tracking
Orders ship with track and trace. You receive the tracking link by email once your order is on its way.

Customs and import
For deliveries outside the EU, any import duties or local taxes are paid by the receiver.
