These terms apply to every offer we make and every order placed through this store. Dutch law applies to all agreements between us.

2. Scope
These terms apply to every offer, order and agreement between us and the customer. Any deviating terms of the customer are only valid if we accept them in writing.
3. Prices and VAT
All prices are shown in euros. For customers in the Netherlands, prices include 21% Dutch VAT. For business customers in other EU countries with a valid VAT number, VAT may be reverse charged; the VAT treatment is confirmed at checkout. For deliveries outside the EU, prices are exclusive of import duties and local taxes, which are paid by the receiver.
Prices on the website may change at any time. The price shown at the moment you place your order is the price that applies to that order. Obvious errors and mistakes in pricing do not bind us.
4. Formation of the agreement
The agreement is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse an order or attach conditions to it, and if we do, we will tell you within a reasonable period and refund any payment in full.
5. Payment
Orders are paid at checkout using one of the payment methods offered in this store. We dispatch after payment has been received.
6. Delivery and delivery times
We dispatch orders within 24 hours of payment on working days. Delivery within Europe normally takes up to one week. Outside Europe the time depends on the destination and on customs clearance. Stated delivery times are an indication and not a fixed deadline.
If we cannot deliver an order within 30 days, you may cancel it at no cost and we will refund you in full within 14 days.
Shipping costs are calculated by the weight of your order and shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping is free on orders over 100 euro within the Netherlands and over 250 euro anywhere in Europe.
Risk of the goods passes to you once the parcel has been delivered to you or to a person you designated.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days for all customers. The full procedure, the condition the cards must be in, and how refunds are handled are set out on our returns and refunds page, which forms part of these terms.
8. Conformity and warranty
We deliver products that conform to the agreement and to the specifications shown on the product page. If a product is faulty or does not match its description, you have the statutory rights of conformity under Dutch and EU law. Contact us and we will repair, replace or refund.
No warranty applies to damage caused by improper use, physical damage to the card or chip, or attempts to modify the hardware.
9. What the product is and what it is not
We sell blank, rewritable NFC cards. The customer programmes each card with a URL of their own choosing. We do not supply, generate, moderate or influence reviews of any kind, and we have no relationship with or endorsement from Google or any other review platform. Google and the Google logo are trademarks of Google LLC.
The customer is responsible for how the cards are used, including compliance with the content policies of the platform they link to. Google's policies prohibit, among other things, offering an incentive in exchange for a review and selectively soliciting positive reviews. We do not accept liability for a customer's or an end user's breach of those policies.
10. Resale
You are free to resell the cards you buy from us and to set your own resale prices. You do so in your own name and for your own account. You are not our agent, representative, franchisee or employee, and you may not present yourself as such or make claims on our behalf.
We make no promise, guarantee or projection about any income, turnover or result you may achieve by reselling these products. Any figures or examples used anywhere on this website are illustrative only.
11. Liability
Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost turnover or missed savings. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or deliberate recklessness on our part, nor where liability cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury and liability under product liability law.
12. Force majeure
We are not obliged to perform if prevented by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier strikes, customs delays, supplier failure and government measures. If force majeure lasts longer than 60 days, either party may cancel the agreement and we will refund any amounts already paid.
13. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. See our privacy policy for what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
14. Complaints and disputes
If something is wrong, email us first. We confirm receipt of every complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 days.
Dutch law applies. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform. Nothing in these terms affects a consumer's right to bring a dispute before the court of their own place of residence.
15. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. The version published at the moment you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
